Web casts

I have spent time reading through the webcasts.  I have not ever been able to attend these due to other responsibilities for work and family.  I tend to find them hard to attend and or not useful for me to be successful in the class.  I prefer the discussion board and the comments and conversation during the week.  I often feel, the questions asked during the webcast tend to not really relate to me nor do I need that type of information.  I prefer asking my IA and having that response to my specific question.  I feel that when I have had other areas of content that they were more applicable to my needs.
